I worked with David and Penny, and although the process itself can be scary and intimidating, they did an amazing job of making it all super smooth, from the initial conversation to the awarding of my letter. He always answered every question, quickly and thoroughly and was always available if necessary. I personally can’t think of anything they could do better. My main point of contact has been David Kruger, someone that has been extremely responsive to my numerous requests regarding the claim process. David Kruger has been most helpful with the intricacies regarding the appointments, which have resulted in a most favorable result. The Veteran’s Legal Center team has always returned my phone calls in a most timely manner, never ignoring a request for additional information, and or guidance.
