I worked with David and Penny, and although the process itself can be scary and intimidating, they did an amazing job of making it all super smooth, from the initial conversation to the awarding of my letter. He always answered every question, quickly and thoroughly and was always available if necessary. I personally can’t think of anything they could do better.
